Homemade Fettuccine Alfredo
This homemade fettuccine alfredo recipe is so easy to make, you'll want it for dinner at least twice a month!

- 1 box Fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 cup Half and half
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 Egg yolk
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
While water is boiling, preheat a medium-sized pot over medium heat.
Melt butter in pot. When melted add garlic and let sauté for 1 minute.
Add in half and half. Stir until blended with butter.
When half and half mixture has come to a simmer, remove from heat.
Add parmesan cheese to mixture, then slowly add egg yolk while continuously whisking.
Once pasta is cooked, pour sauce over and mix together.
Serve immediately with parsley garnish and a mixed salad and bread.
