I’m Making Waffles For Dinner!

Words my kids love to hear: I’m making waffles for dinner! Breakfast for dinner is one of my favorite, and for some reason I don’t get bogged down at the idea of cooking when it’s waffle night because they are so easy to make! Add some fruit, and maybe yogurt and you’ve got yourself an easy, slightly nutritious dinner. Sometimes that’s all you can hope for.
